Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No more than 3 moving or accident violations in the past three years
• Must provide current 3 year drivers abstract with application (no more than 15 days old)
• Must have clean criminal record (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Must have a valid passport
• Must have a cell phone with a North American rate plan
• Class of license dependent on fleet and province of residence

Single Haul Equipment Requirements:

• Must have a clean, well maintained, diesel one-ton with crew cab and long box (trucks older than 2006 will be considered with photos)
• Must have current provincial commercial safety (can be completed in province of residence)
• Mounted fire extinguisher with a rating of 5 B:C or more and D.O.T approved triangles
• Stone (mud) flaps overlapping to completely cover the back of the truck that also extend about 1 ½” on each side to catch stones from the wheel wells
• Electric brake controller (if truck not equipped)
• Equalizer hitch (12,000 lb) with stabilizer bars (1100lb)
• 2 5/16” and 2” ball
• 16,000-18,000 lb fifth wheel hitch (adjustment slide only if 6’ box)
• Battery: 12V deep cycle marine battery with top mount stud terminals
• Basic hand tools
• Torque wrench with ½” and 13/16” capable of 150 lbs torque for the lug nuts on the RV
• Optional: Horse trailer adapter (plate with 2 5/16” ball OR 4” round diameter tube with king pin)
• Recommended: 80-100 Gallon auxiliary fuel tank (important that the fuel tank is flush with the truck box so that it is not in the way of the 5th wheel when turning)

Double Haul Equipment Requirements

• Must have a clean, well maintained 3 Ton truck with a minimum 23’ beaver tailed deck with stinger and ramps
• Must have current provincial commercial safety (can be completed in province of residence)
• Mounted fire extinguisher and D.O.T approved triangles
• 8,000-10,000 lbs winch mounted to the truck3 x 3” x 30’ load straps with ratchets
• 4 wheel straps with ratchets
• Hydraulic bottle jack 3 ton or larger
• 1 Dolly Wheel
• Battery: 12V deep cycle marine battery with top mount stud terminals
• ¾ Torque wrench with 13/16” socket

Semi Equipment Requirements

• Clean Class 8 tractor
• Must have current provincial commercial safety (can be completed in province of residence)
• Mounted fire extinguisher and D.O.T approved triangles
• 12,000 /15,000 lbs winch mounted to the tractor
• 8 x 6’ Grade 70 5/16 chains with grab hooks
• 8 x 12’ Grade 70 3/8 chains with grab hooks
• 16 x 5/16 boomers
• 16 x 4” x 30’ load straps Bottle jack
• 8 wheel straps with ratchets
• 1 Dolly Wheel
